We all returned to the USA safely with very positive memories of our trip from San Jose to Guanacaste and our stay at Dreams resort. Over all, the entire trip that you put together including hotels and their locations, vehicles, drivers, guides worked flawlessly. Of all experiences, our stay at Tabacon and Dreams resorts were exceptional. Although the location of Ficus Hotel in Monteverde was very nice, there were some inconveniences during our stay there. The internet will work in the main lobby/eating areas but will not work in the rooms. Also, there is no ac/heating in the rooms. Due to clouds, rain and elevation, the temperatures in the rooms were on a colder side causing us some minor inconvenience. We also had some issues with getting hot water in the shower. Of course, our trip would not have turned out this well if not for favourable weather. For Costa Rica, the months of May and June are the beginning of the rainy season. During our trip it rained many days but did not affect our schedules and activities. The consistent rain was mostly during the night time.
Maya and I believe that you both have done your job well and deserve our consideration should we decide any future tour.
