You can do Stand Up Paddling (SUP) just about anywhere in Costa Rica with Desafío Adventure Company.

If you’re a first-timer, you should try doing Stand Up Paddling on the picturesque Lake Arenal while you are in the La Fortuna and Arenal Volcano areas. You will have the picturesque, behemoth Arenal Volcano as gorgeous the backdrop of your photos if you do Stand Up Paddling in Arenal!
